About GoldenEye64.blogspot.com

Focusing on the neat tidbits and other GoldenEye related fun.

Created this dedicated space to share images and trivia pertaining to favorite video game GoldenEye 007. Originally released in 1997 for Nintendo 64, the James Bond game was a surprise-hit that has achieved legendary status.

Also exploring the James Bond 007 movie universe.
Have most of the DVDs with Craig and Connery...
(Missing a few Moores and a Dalton)

Still a work in progress - Hopefully no one stumbles on it...

"Construction isn't exactly my specialty."
-James Bond

"For my scrapbook. I collect... Memories."
-Miss Magda

"How am I to maintain the quality of my work under these conditions?"
-Q

"A real labor of love, as they say."
-Rosa Klebb

Have re-published some of the original Pages like WALKTHRU, TRICKS, MYSTERIES and STUFF.
(These "Recovered Page" titles are capitalized and navigated by the first row of green tabs).
The MULTIPLAYER section contains a dozen sub-pages.

Also recovered from The Archives is the original discovery of THE CITADEL.

(The other "beta" pages are in desperate need of a re-write, with larger screenshots. A quarter century ago, file size and bandwidth were huge issues. Had to keep everything as small as possible.)

Anything that wasn't included in the original guides will (eventually) be featured as a "New Post", with the most recent additions appearing first.

(Second row of green tabs help categorize the Posts, with common topic labels including "007 films", "guards", "moneypenny", "stuff" etc)

Search bar returns results from the Posts (excluding contents of the "Recovered Pages" on that first row).

There's also a similar blog for Perfect Dark: perfectdarkN64.blogspot.com

For a more in-depth analysis of the developmental stages of GoldenEye 007, a completely separate project exists at betaGoldenEye.blogspot.com
("It isn't finished!")

Incidentally, the "betaGoldenEye Blog" was created before the collection of Posts here at "GoldenEye64 ".

As I got back into the game, previously unexplored stuff kept unfolding at an exponential rate.
Progress on the "betaGoldenEye Blog" was soon halted to get re-acquainted with the original game.
