sky mod, and this is the correct Citadel sky. It's freaking cool.
This
IS the correct sky for the Citadel. You can tell because if you load the level
with emptier, it loads as this sky and nothing else, just we never had it NTSC
before...
And now with the Citadel itself... It's a nice yellow and green
sky, very cool.

code, move Bond to an elevation like stairs or a ramp, and hold down the 'B'

With the moonjump code, we can get a nice overhead
view of the entire level. | Citadel
water? It looks like it could fit. From Wreck7, it looks like the Citadel had
water that was loaded, just "deactivated". If you switch the trigger to turn on
the water, you get this sort of test water. I think it may have been tested here,
but perhaps deactivated or not updated when they were done with the test map.
This may be from beta Citadel, although this one isn't certain.
